Julie Rae PiYo Instructor


As a PiYo Instructor, I take pride that I know the body well and know how to properly design a class for the individuals taking my class.

What is PiYo you ask? PiYo ™ is a unique class; designed to build strength & gain flexibility that will also enhance agility and balance. PiYo is a Fusion; with moves taken from a faster pace Power Yoga, Strength & Core work, Pilates, HIT, and Sports Conditioning. It’s no wonder it’s becoming a hit - marketed towards those individuals looking for that quick (only 45 min!), intense workout that will make you sweat(heated room)!

My PiYo classes are creatively stimulating and you don’t have to know the yoga terminology or be a gumby to take the class :)
